Define SYMBOLISM
 Symbolism-the practice of representing things by symbols, or of investing things with a symbolic meaning or character.

Imagery-the formation of mental images, figures, or likenesses of things, or of such images collectively

Discuss three different uses of symbolism and imagery in the book, "Fahrenheit 451." Post a picture of this image with each description.
Fire means that there are books being burnt.  Messages sent to the firehouse means there are books that need to be burnt. Parlor means T.V.
