John Maeda TED Video

Art can be used to make a creative leader by drawing pictures to explain something. Such as if your talking about the appearance of a Cardinal. Well, drawing a picture is alot easier than trying to explain the way it looks with no reference at all. Another example could be just simply a person's personality. Give each student a blank piece of paper. Tell them, "Hey, draw anything you want." When there finished, depending on what they drew, shows their personality.  Technology can be used to make a creative leader by letting them research things. Now that doesn't mean to just throw a report at them and say, "Do reasearch." No. To make things more fun, and to keep students awake, play a game. Maybe tell them that if they can find the answer to a question using their computers, devices, etc. then they can get a piece of candy. Some teachers and students might not like technology, but there are plenty of other fun ways to make learning fun. Design can be used to make a creative leader by letting them design a simple bird house, house, garage, barn, etc. let the students use their creativity to learn. Design would probably be the best for Math. The reason being, there is alot of measurments. These are just a few examples of ways to make learning more fun by using art, technology, and design.
